The purpose and mission of the Leu Civic Center, Inc., a United Way Agency, is to provide a safe place for structured family support services based on the needs and interests of all members of the agency and community regardless of gender, ability level, or financial conditions. The community and family support services provide for a blending of human diversity; creates harmony and unity of purpose for all.

The Leu Civic Center plans, organizes and executes recreational, social and family support activities to bring people together, build friendships, foster a strong sense of belonging to the community, and develop community pride for the betterment of the community as a whole.

We are committed to making membership affordable for all in our community.  We offer a small annual fee of $25.00 for individuals (15 years or older) or $40.00 for the family (as of 1 May 11).  MILITARY PERSONNEL -- If you have a family member who is deployed, the Leu Civic Center will provide a free Family Membership!

Civc Center kids enjoying a healthy lunch provided by our local churches . The program started to ensure kids get a good lunch during the summer break.
>> Members of Mascoutah Rotary Club #3325 "Service Above Self" met on Saturday to build a roof over LCC's new ramp. The Club is a huge sponsor and recently built a new handicap door way at the back of Leu Civic Center, Inc. (A Local United Way Agency). Rotary is an International Organization of business and professional people united worldwide who provide humanitarian service, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations and help build goodwill and peace in the world. The Mascoutah Club was founded (sponsored by the Belleville Rotary Club) and chartered with 15 members on May 8, 1928. Mascoutah is part of Rotary District #6510, which consists of 47 Illinois Clubs, all located on or south of U.S. Route #50. They welcome and meet each Thursday at Noon at Skootr's. As a member of the Mascoutah Rotary Club, you are entitled to attend any Rotary meeting in the world!
